CALL FOR PAPERS
We would like to draw the readers’ attention to the article published in this issue of “Insurance Review” an article by Prof. Michał Romanowski devoted to the definition of an insurance contract in the Civil Code. We have the impression that the author’s intention was to initiate a discussion on this issue, as indicated by a number of polemical or debatable takes.
The Editors fully share the need to discuss the concept of insurance contract in the insurance legal system. In this connection, the Editorial Board invites all interested parties to submit papers referring to the article of Prof. Michał Romanowski, both of an affirmative and polemical nature.
