Upgrade of cloud computing standard

WE PRESENT AN UPDATE OF THE ‘STANDARD FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF INFORMATION PROCESSING IN CLOUD COMPUTING – A PAPER INTENDED FOR THE INSURANCE SECTOR’.

Presented below is a document complemented to include the following issues:

  • Relations and interdependencies between the communication of the KNF Office and provisions of the Insurance and Reinsurance Act in respect of regulations governing outsourcing agreements – where is the difference between statutory outsourcing and outsourcing resulting from the communication?
  • Contractual clauses that can be used in agreements with cloud computing providers – examples for use,
  • An update of the items on which the KNF Office expressed its opinion in the form of replies to questions asked by the finance sector (Q&A) – published by KNF in October 2021 and April 2022.
