The Polish Chamber of Insurance once again presented the ‘In recognition of service to the insurance industry’ badges. The awards for 2023 were given to 100 persons indicated by insurance companies in recognition of their outstanding activities on behalf of the insurance market.
The awards are granted for special contribution to the insurance market. This can be demonstrated through educational activity and raising insurance-related awareness, social work for the sake of insurance market development, or engagement in the development of the insurance self-governing organisation.
– I am pleased that so many people are willing to work actively for the common good. At present, there are more than 40 committees, sub-committees, expert groups, working groups and teams. This means that more than 450 people are involved in the work on current problems affecting the sector. This contribution is very important, because on our own we would not do as much good for insurance as we can with such support– said Jan Grzegorz Prądzyński, President of the PIU Management Board, during the ceremony.
