The Polish Chamber of Insurance purchased and transported to Ukraine a shipment of medical supplies for hospitals there. We organized more transports, so we launched a fundraiser to finance them.

We asked the whole insurance market – insurance companies, their employees, insurance agents – to make payments to a special account created by the PIU. With these funds, we were able to directly help those affected by the Russian invasion in Ukraine. More shipments of medical supplies arrived at hospitals with which we had established contact.
