On 18 November 2015, the Polish Insurance Association in collaboration with PwC is organising a tax seminar entitled: “New tax charges on insurance companies resulting from the changes in tax regulations”, which will be held at the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw.
The seminar will focus mainly on changes in tax regulations, current judicial decisions and a tax practice, as well as their impact on the functioning of insurance companies. Changes in regulations concerning transfer pricing, tax proceedings and tax audit, as well as new tax reporting obligations will be discussed in details.
The seminar is addressed to employees of insurance companies, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the Ministry of Finance, representatives of trade press and academic centres. Participation in the seminar is free of charge.
