The Polish Insurance Medicine Association invites to a scientific conference entitled “Medical documentation and information – a significant medical, legal and financial problem”, which will be held on 22 October 2013 in Warsaw, in Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel, 1, Plac Zawiszy. The Conference is organised in cooperation with the Polish Insurance Association and the Insurance Guarantee Fund.

Its goal is to start a discussion on issues related to medical information contained in medical documentation, in particular in the context of its quality, reliability, availability, accuracy and completeness.
